Our Mindful Mornings are calm, supportive sessions designed to help you start the day gently.
Created with neurodivergent needs in mind, these sessions offer space to slow down, reduce overwhelm, and reconnect with yourself—without pressure to perform, participate in a certain way, or “get it right.” You’re welcome to join in as much or as little as feels comfortable.
Mindful Mornings are about creating breathing space, building routine gently, and supporting wellbeing in a way that feels accessible and inclusive.
Mindful Mornings is a monthly, in-person group for adults.
You do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis to attend — self-diagnosis and lived experience are recognised and respected. These sessions are currently for adults only
